Certificate of Landscape
I have reviewed the installation and completion of the landscape for Zebulon Heights No. 5 per the
Final Plat Landscape Plans dated 6118112. The following are my findings for the Certificate of
Completion for the City of Meridian.
Overall the landscape appears to be well done and completed per plans. (The irrigation was not
inspected.)
Trees and lawn in front of the lots on E. Grandillo Dr., E. Lacewood Dr., andN. Linwood Way
are to be installed after the homes are constructed per Landscape Note #8 on the Final Plat
Landscape Plans.
