Indicate whether the tree will be retained or removed • A statement of how existing healthy trees proposed to be retained will be protected from damage during construction • Existing and/or structures, planting areas, light poles, power poles, walls, fences, berms, parking and loading areas, vehicular drives, trash areas, sidewalks, pathways, fire hydrants, stormwater detention areas, signs, street furniture, and other man-made elements • Existing and proposed contours for all areas steeper than 20% slope. Berms shall be shown with one-foot contours • Sight Triangles as defined in 11-3A-3 of this ordinance • Location and labels for all proposed plants, including trees, shrubs, and groundcovers (trees must not be planted in City water or sewer easements or within five feet of fire hydrants). The antenna and equipment will be painted to match the existing pole. The Project will involve installing (4) antennas with (1) equipment enclosure on an existing light pole in the City of Meridian. Verizon Wireless and Ada County Highway District have an agreement in place to locate their equipment on the traffic signals and light poles owned by ACHD in the ROW. All associated permits will be completed with the Ada County Highway District prior to construction commencing. Conclusion It is the goal of Verizon Wireless to provide the area with reliable wireless services. Approving this application will allow Verizon to continue providing the best service to its customers in the surrounding area.
