The Meridian City Council special meeting was called to order at 5:02 pm on
Tuesday, January 15, 2019 by Mayor, Tammy de Weerd.

Executive Session per Idaho Code 74-206(1)(f): To
communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to
discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for
pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but

Borton: I move we go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code
74-206(1)(f).
Cavener: Second.
De Weerd: It has been moved and seconded to go into Executive Session.
