BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BIRD, BORTON, CAVENER,
LITTLE ROBERTS, MILAM, PALMER
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING MERIDIAN CITY CODE SECTION 1-14-5(B),
REGARDING DISCLOSURE AND DISQUALIFICATION; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Meridian City Code section 1-14-5(B) is inconsistent with provisions
regarding conflicts of interest as set forth in Idaho Code § 74-403(4) and Meridian City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Meridian City Code section 1-14-5(B) shall be repealed.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and
publication.
