The Final Plat Modification submittal package is enclosed for Little Creek Subdivision No. 1
located east of Locust Grove Rd and south of Fairview Avenue in Meridian, Idaho. The parcel
number and address for the subject property is R7104253800, 1470 N Locust Grove Rd,
Meridian, Idaho, and consists of approximately 8.19 acres.
A Certificate of Zoning Compliance was issued by the City of Meridian on March 26, 2018
granting permission for the developer of Little Creek Apartments to relocate the clubhouse and
swimming pool in Little Creek Subdivision to the Locust Grove entrance of the subdivision. A
condition of the Certificate of Zoning Compliance requires the developer to apply for a Final
Plat Modification to revise the approved Final Plat to match the layout and landscape plan that
were approved through the Certificate of Zoning Compliance. The condition requires the
developer to apply for and receive approval of the Final Plat Modification prior to occupancy of
the first unit in the multi -family subdivision. Little Creek Subdivision is currently under
construction.
Copies of the original, approved Final Plat and landscape plan are attached along with copies of
the revised Final Plat and Landscape Plan that reflect the approved Certificate of Compliance
for the project.
When the Final Plat application for Phase 2 of Little Creek Subdivision is submitted, the Final
Plat and Landscape Plan will reflect the layout approved in the March 26, 2018 Certificate of
Zoning Compliance.
