McMillan Road LLC, Owner 3. 4345 Linder Road, LLLP, Developer THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (this Agreement), is made and entered into this 2001 day of , 2018, by and between City of Meridian, a municipal corporation of the State of Idaho, hereafter called CITY whose address is 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho 83642 and 943 W. McMillan Road LLC whose address is 13967 Wainwright Drive, Suite 102, Boise, ID 83713 hereinafter called OWNER and 4345 Linder Road, LLC, whose address is 13967 W.
