I am writing on behalf of the owners, HOT2 LLLP, of the building located at 851 N. Hickory Drive. The previous owners
created a Planned Sign Program (PSP), attached, for the property and we wish to now remove it. At the time of purchase
we were unaware of this program and we would like to update the signage for the property, mainly the monument sign.
The existing monument sign was built in conjunction with a water feature that has never worked properly and we want
to replace it with a new sign that matches the finishes of this building and the new building to the west (2501 E. State
Ave). The current sign meets code requirements and so will the new proposed sign, see attached.
