The Meridian City Council special meeting was called to order at 5:02 pm on
Tuesday, December 4, 2018 by Mayor, Tammy de Weerd.

Genesis Milam, Luke Cavener and Mayor de Weerd
Staff Present: C.Jay Coles and Bill Nary.

Borton: I move we go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code
74-206(1)(b).
Cavener: Second.
De Weerd: It has been moved and seconded to go into Executive Session.
