Thank -you for the staff report.
A couple of comments -
With the revised site plan and the addition of a third driveway access we have lost a number of parking
spaces. Currently we have 124 spaces. There is an opportunity to park additional vehicles in the drop off
zones for large events. However, without reducing our parking lot driveway width we may not be able to
gain 6 more spaces.
The fencing around the perimeter of the property is existing and will remain with the exception of the
fencing adjacent to Gondola (which will be removed).
Will the final ACHD report be included by the hearing date ?
I didn't see any other items that would be of concern to the District. Let me know your thoughts on the
additional (6) parking spaces. We can see what we can do with the site plan to try and included those.
