According to the civil sketch (attached) and notes from the City Planning Division Representative we will need to show agreement with our north facing neighbor for an access point. This point of access will not need to have a gate or any other special concessions, and we have plans in the future for fencing of this perimeter line of the property, which the City Planner confirmed would be allowable even over the agreed access point. This request is due to the current shape of the lot and driveway access of the property does not allow for the current code requirements of certain footage for passage of in and out access. Therefore, we are requesting an Alternative Compliance Permit for the in and out access to the parking lot. Please review the information and let us know if you agree or if there are any additional questions. If you agree the City is asking we submit a written confirmation which we can use this notice and you can sign on the provided space if you are in agreement. Thank you, Vonnie Marie Allen, CFO Avest LP 1310 N Main St/Meridian Idaho 83642/(208) 853-6481 I have read the letter from my Neighbor at 1310 N Main and understand the required Alternative Compliance Permit they are seeking. I am the joining lot line neighbor and I am in Agreement with the required Alternative Access Point at the far North East Corner of our Joining property line.
