Centrepoint Way and South of Jasmine, just north of Hobby Lobby. The portion of the project under review is Phases 3 and 24. This encompasses 7.68 acres with 107 multi -family and vertically integrated dwelling units, significant open space and amenities. At the core of the site amenihe ties. Amenities provided throughout the subdivision include clubhouse, pool, soccer field, playground, dog park, open space, pathways and shelters. The proposed development has been designed to meet the Conditions of Approval and Modifications to the Development Agreement set forth by the City of Meridian staff. These site-specific conditions that are met include: 1. Conditions of Approval a. Development of site shall comply with preliminary plat, site plan and building elevations that were submitted. b. The 20 -foot wide street buffer along N. Centrepoint Way and the 10 -foot wide street buffer along Jasmine Lane are required to be placed in separate common lots or permanent dedicated buffers. g the northern boundary shall be depicted at the c.
