Dear Kevin:
This letter is responding to a request by your office made to Jessica Petty with 12.15 Design, LLC
explaining the future use of a parcel located in the Paramount Square Subdivision in Meridan Idaho.
ABCO Engineering is currently providing engineering and design services for McCarter-Moorhouse Co,
Inc. for the design of the Blair-Tingey Dentist Office located in the Paramount Square Subdivision Lot 1
and 2, Block 2 in Meridian, Idaho. The Paramount Square Subdivision is located on the southwest corner
of West Archerfield Street and North Meridian Road in Meridian. ABCO is currently preparing site
designs for a medical office building on the east side of the Lot 1 Block 2 along with associated parking
and utilities. Future construction on the west side of Lot 2 Block 2 will consist of a building with
additional parking and utilities not yet designed and not shown on the conceptual site plan dated
September 2018. Please let me know if you need additional information regarding this proposed land use.
