Fairview Avenue Meridian, Idaho 83642 RE: TM Creek Subdivision No. 2, Lot 18, Block 2 In compliance with Article 3 of the Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and Reciprocal Easement Agreement for Ten Mile Creek ("Master Declaration"), Nobel Holdings LLC, an Idaho limited liability company ("Buyer"), submitted the materials referenced below for review and approval, which have been approved with the following comments: • Exterior Elevations, Sheet A-211, dated June 11, 2014, are approved as submitted. • Photograph depicting elevations, building numbered 16586, was reviewed and approved. • Site plan — 10 Mile, Conceptual Site Layout, 2 March 2018, depicting a 15 -foot set back from the west property line, is approved as submitted. • Sign plan, Pages 1 through 3 showing the sign elevations, lettering, and logos are approved. The monument sign is not approved. Please resubmit the monument sign that meets the Signage Criteria for Ten Mile Creek. • A landscape plan was not submitted; please complete a landscape plan and submit it for review and approval. Notwithstanding the approval or conditional approval granted above, Buyer's intended improvements shall be constructed in strict compliance with the Master Declaration.
