Building & EnergV Conservation Codes Plan Review The trees that were originally designed to be planted on the south property line (only where the existing building is located) will have a problem with clearance once the trees mature due to the proximity of the existing building to the property line. We will be eliminating the trees from the existing trash enclosures located on the south side of the property line, back to the fence and replacing with shrubs. This is the length that gets us out of the existing building foundation and parking/road substrate. Attached is the revised site plan and photos of the existing building location.
