Re: Ready Made Storage Building =Design Review
This project concerns new construction of a building in the Meridian Building Park Subdivision
located on E 960 Franklin Road.
We will address each item below as it might relate to this building:
1. Color and Materials — The building colors match the existing building.
2. Site Plan and Building Layout:
a. Building Location — will be on the northeast portion of the site.
b. Parking areas — existing parking will be utilized to the southwest of the building.
c. Street Layout and Internal Circulation — will tie into existing road.
3. Lighting — The exterior of the building will be illuminated by several wall packs along the
primary facades to enhance the visual interest of the building.
4. Cohesive Design - This building is similar colors to adjacent building. Connectivity will
be created by tying into existing infrastructure.
Sincerely,
/ q, 46
