A.CONTRACTOR SHALL REPORT TO ARCHITECT ALL CONDITIONS WHICH IMPAIR AND / OR PREVENT THE
PROPER EXECUTION OF THIS WORK PRIOR TO BEGINNING WORK.
B.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL CONDITIONS AND DIMENSIONS ON THE JOB SITE AND SHALL
NOTIFY THE ARCHITECT OF ANY DIMENSIONAL ERRORS, OMISSIONS OR DISCREPANCIES BEFORE
BEGINNING OR FABRICATING WORK. REFER CLOSELY TO BUILDING LAYOUT DRAWINGS IN RELATION TO

C.ALL CHANGES REQUIRE PRIOR, WRITTEN APPROVAL BY ARCHITECT.

MERIDIAN, ACHD, AND OTHER APPROPRIATE AGENCIES.

F.CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT WILLFULLY PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION AS DESIGNED WHEN IT IS
OBVIOUS THAT UNKNOWN OBSTRUCTIONS, AREA DISCREPANCIES AND/OR GRADE DIFFERENCES EXIST
THAT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN KNOWN DURING DESIGN. SUCH CONDITIONS SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY
BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE OWNER'S AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE. THE CONTRACTOR
SHALL ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL NECESSARY REVISIONS DUE TO FAILURE TO GIVE SUCH
NOTIFICATION.
G.CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COORDINATION WITH SUBCONTRACTORS AS
REQUIRED TO ACCOMPLISH ALL CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS. ALL PIPING, CONDUIT, SLEEVES, ETC.,
SHALL BE SET IN PLACE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION OF CONSTRUCTION ITEMS.
H.ALL EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS TO REMAIN SHALL BE PROPERLY AND ADEQUATELY PROTECTED FROM
DAMAGE DURING CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE
CONTRACTOR TO RESTORE THE ORIGINAL CONDITION ANY EXISTING ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED OR
DISTURBED IN ANY WAY. ALL MATERIALS TO BE REUSED OR SALVAGED SHALL BE STORED IN AN AREA
DESIGNATED BY THE OWNER FOR THAT PURPOSE. ALL SALVAGED MATERIALS SHALL REMAIN THE
PROPERTY OF THE OWNER.
I.ALL MATERIALS SPECIFIED TO BE REMOVED SHALL BE DISPOSED OF OFF-SITE PER LOCAL CODES AND
REGULATIONS.
J.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE ALL NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT EXISTING UTILITIES AND
IMPROVEMENTS. ANY DAMAGE TO EXISTING FACILITIES OR IMPROVEMENTS RESULTING FROM THE
CONTRACTORS OPERATIONS, SHALL BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED AT CONTRACTORS EXPENSE.
K.DURING THE COURSE OF THE WORK, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE AND ACCOMMODATE
OTHER CONTRACTORS, OWNER'S CONSTRUCTION FORCES, OPERATIONS OF THE OWNER AND LOCAL
AND STATE AGENCIES.
L.SITE UTILITIES SHALL BE STUBBED 5' FROM BUILDING FACE. TYPICAL UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
M.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE CITY OF MERIDIAN BUILDING DEPARTMENT AND ACHD BEFORE
BEGINNING ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES IN THE CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY. ALL RIGHT-OF-WAY
IMPROVEMENTS SHALL BE REVIEWED AND AUTHORIZED IN WRITING BY THE CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY
