Dear Caleb,
Enclosed is the updated final plat application for "TM Crossing Subdivision No. 3". The 2
(two) lots shown on the final plat represent the third phase of commercial lots for this project
in south Meridian—at the intersection of S. Ten Mile Road and I-84. Which includes the
extension of W. Navigator Drive to the west, and landscaping improvements along the
Purdam Drain. Utilities, which include sewer, water, pressure irrigation, storm drain, and dry
utilities, were previously installed with TM Crossing Subdivision No. 2.
Statement of Conformance
The plat remains in substantial conformance with: (1) The uses and layout approved by the
preliminary plat and DA; (2) the use requirements and provisions of the UDC; and (3)
acceptable engineering and surveying practices, and local standards.
The development of this significant property has been anticipated for many years. This
submittal now represents a substantial milestone to the establishment of this commercial
corridor and the opportunities it will bring to the citizens and the City of Meridian, etc.

THIS CORRECTION GENERAL WARRANTY DEED is given to correct, replace, and supersede,
in its entirety, that certain General Warranty Deed made by Grantor therein to Grantee therein, dated
June 30, 2016, and recorded July 21, 2016, as Ada County Recorder's Instrument No. 2016-065483; and
was re-recorded on December 16, 2016 as Instrument No. 2016-121971. This Correction General
