MILAM, PALMER, LITTLE ROBERTS
A RESOLUTION VACATING THE NORTHWESTERLY 5 FEET OF THE
EXISTING 10 FEET WIDE PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE
SOUTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 3, BLOCK 4, HOWRY LANE SUBDIVISION
NO. 1 (GRANTEE: CITY OF MERIDIAN, GRANTOR: M3 COMPANIES, LLC)
LOCATED 1 LOCATED AT 12855 W. AUCKLAND STREET, IN SOUTHWEST
QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 3
NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, BOISE MERIDIAN, CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on September 18, 2018 the City Council of the City of Meridian, held a
hearing on the vacation of the Northeasterly 5 feet of the Existing 10 feet wide public utility
easement on the southeasterly Boundary of Lot 3, Block 4, Howry Land Subdivision No. 1, as
shown in the attached Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, the subject property is located at 12855 W. Auckland Street in the
Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 3 North, Range 1 East,
Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho; and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said
described vacation.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the Northeasterly 5 feet of the Existing 10 feet wide public utility
easement on the southeasterly Boundary of Lot 3, Block 4, Howry Lane Subdivision No., located
at 12855 W. Auckland Street in the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33,
Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho is
hereby vacated. A copy of the necessary relinquishment is attached as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
