To whom it may concern:
Conger Management Group would like to express its support for the Verado West Neighborhood
Application.
Verado West will be a great addition to the City of Meridian for the following reasons:
• Verado West will provide a quality housing product at a price that is well below the
median home price for new construction in the Meridian Area.
• Verado West will create jobs and support the construction industry in the area.
• Verado West will add to the City of Meridians Tax Base on a property that has been
designated as infill. The investment in municipal services and roadways to serve this
property has already been made. The utility connection fees and roadway impact fees that
this development will generate will help to pay for that infrastructure.
