through 12,622, records of Ada County, Idaho, located in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
Section 20, T.3N., RAE., B.M. Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly as
follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of said Lot 11, Block 2;
thence along the West boundary line of said Lot 11 North 00°13'58" West. 168.00 feet to
the NW corner of the existing City of Meridian Water and Sanitary Sewer Easement as shown
on the plat of said Gramercy Subdivision No 1;
thence leaving said West boundary line and along the North boundary line of said City of
Meridian Water and Sanitary Sewer Easement North 89°46'02" East, 16.00 feet to the REAL
POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continuing along said North boundary line North 89°46'02" East, 14.00 feet to the
NE corner of said City of Meridian Water and Sanitary Sewer Easement;
thence along the East boundary line of said City of Meridian Water and Sanitary Sewer
Easement South 00'13'58" East, 13.00 feet;
thence leaving said East boundary line South 89°46'02" West, 14.00 feet
