Project Narrative
The proposed building at 4704 N. Penngrove Way in Meridian will be a family medical office
operated by Pioneer Family Medicine. The building will be new construction - 12,000 square
feet two-story structure. The main level of the building will be occupied by Pioneer Family
Medicine. The upstairs will be left unfinished for a future tenant.
The exterior will be grey stucco with alternating stone columns, architectural windows & dark
fascia trim. Complementary landscaping will accent the building, parking stalls and sidewalks.
