They are minor adjustments to the gazebo structure and to the siding of the trash enclosure. First Adjustment is to the gazebo. The original design shows a flat roof and not very appealing, it definitely would stick out in regards to the rest of the property. We have decided to change the roof to a pitched roof. This design will look better and will match the other structures in the property. I have attached a photo below of what this new design will look like. The second change we are making is the siding on the trash enclosures. Originally they were suppose to be stone but we feel that if we match the color of the buildings to the trash enclosures it will look much better and fit better with the property and overall vision of the project. This new siding will be vinyl and it will be a light grey color. I have included two photos below, the first is a blue colored siding trash enclosure; this is as close as I could come to matching what they will look like although the color of the siding will be light gray. The second photo is of the actual fence gates, these have not changed from the original but I wanted to attach this because the picture with the siding shows chain link gates which will NOT be what we are doing. The original design had a flat roof and did not look good. Trash enclosure siding will look like this although siding will be light grey. We have decided to change the siding of the trash enclosures to better match the siding on the apartments and fence. This new siding will be vinyl and look much better than the stone.
