Subdivision located on West Chinden Road in northwest Meridian. Located near the intersection of
North Black Cat Road and West Chinden Road, Trilogy 2 Subdivision consists of 76 residential and 4
common lots on approximately 14.15 acres of land in the R-8 zoning district.

This final plat is in conformance with: (1) The uses and layout as shown on the approved
preliminary plat; (2) The use requirements and provisions of the UDC; and (3) Acceptable engineering
and surveying practices and local standards.
