ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or
controversies not yet being litig ated but imminently likely to be
litigated.

The Meridian City Council special meeting was called to order at 5:01 P.M. on
Tuesday, July 24, 2018 by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Genesis Milam, Treg Bernt, Ty Palmer, Anne Little Roberts,
Luke Cavener, Joe Borton and Mayor de Weerd
Staff Present: C.Jay Coles, Bill Nary.

Item 2. Adoption of the Agenda: Adopted as Amended
Cavener: I move to amend the agenda to include on Item 3, 74-206(1)(f) and I
move we adopt the agenda as changed .
Palmer: Second.
De Weerd: A motion and a second to approve the agenda as changed. All those
in favor say aye.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
Item 3. Amended: Executive session per Idaho Code section
