PARTIAL RELEASE OF EASEMENT
TYPE OF EASEMENT BEING PARTIALLY RELEASED: WATER LINE AND WATER METER
GRANTEE: CITY OF MERIDIAN
GRANTOR: SETTLERS CROSSING LLC, AND ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS
WHEREAS, by easement dated December 11th, 2006, and recorded as Instrument Number 107008142
in the records of Ada County, State of Idaho, an easement of the type and nature set forth in the above -
captioned title was granted to the City of Meridian, an Idaho Municipal Corporation, over and across the
real property legally described therein.
WHEREAS, the continuance of certain portions of this easement are no longer necessary or desirable.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the said City of Meridian does hereby vacate,
relinquish, release and abandon the portions of said rights and easements as set forth and legally described
in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein, with the intent that the
same shall forthwith cease and be extinguished.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, THE CITY OF MERIDIAN has caused these presents to be executed by its
proper officers thereunto duly authorized this 28 day of AU3LS+—' 2018.

COMMENCING at the southwest corner of said Section 31, marked by a found aluminum cap,
