Section 33, Township 4 North, Range 1 West,, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and
being more particularly described as follows:
Lot 2 Block 12 Easement Vacation
Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 2 of Block 12 of The Oaks South Subdivision No. 5;
Thence S25050'4511E, 11.18 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING:
Thence S89016'50"E., 1.00 feet, parallel with and 10-00 feet from the north boundary of Lot 2 of
Block 12, to the corner of the existing Utility Easement;
Thence S00043'10"W., 91.86 feet., parallel with and 6.00 feet from the west boundary of Lot 2 of
Block 12, along the existing Utility Easement line;
Thence N44016'50"W, 1.41 feet, parallel with and 10.00 feet from southwest boundary of Lot 2
of Block 12;
Thence N00043'10"E,. 90.86 feet, parallel with and 5.00 feet from the west boundary of Lot 2 of
Block 12, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
