Brandon Hull shared projects that he has done in the past. Commissioners will
revisit with Mr. Hull; who will provide a quote on a video/stills of the 1 st & Pine
Street corner and possibly including the interior of the Pine Street School.

H. Blackstone shared photos taken by Greg Browning showing
different photo styles. Commissioners would prefer the non-stylized
photos for HPC purposes.

Motion by J. Evarts; second by D. Cronk to approve not -to -exceed
$7,500 contribution —all ayes — motion carried. H. Blackstone will work
with Legal.

Motion by J. Jones; second by J. Evarts to approve not -to -
exceed $2000 —all ayes- motion carried. This will be for the 13
