wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated
in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. This paragraph does
not apply to filling a vacancy in an elective office or delibera tions
about staffing needs in general and 74 -206(1)(b): To consider the
evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or
charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member
or individual agent ; 47 -206(1)(f):To communicate with legal
counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of
and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet
being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated; and 74 -
206(1)(j): To consider labor contract matters auth orized under
section 74-206A (1)(a) and (b), Idaho Code.

The Meridian City Council special meeting was called to order at 5:35 PM on
Tuesday, August 21, 2018 by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Genesis Milam, Treg Bernt, Ty Palmer, Anne Little Roberts,
Luke Cavener, Joe Borton and Mayor de Weerd
Staff Present: C.Jay Coles, Bill Nary.

Borton: I move to adopt the agenda as published
Milam: Second.
De Weerd: A motion and a second to approve the agenda. All those in favor say
