On behalf of my client, I hereby request a postponement of application H-2018-0057, Bainbridge Franklin-AZ,
scheduled for City Council on August 21, 2018. The property owner has two potential commercial uses interested in
the development, therefore we would like some additional time to evaluate prior to moving forward with the
annexation request. We would like to table the application until October 9, 2018. Thank you for your consideration
and we will be in touch with you.
