required change in the contract time if applicable.
This is not a Change Order nor a direction to proceed with the Work described herein.
DESCRIPTION:
Provide a detailed cost breakdown of materials and labor associated with the following:
This project’s Certificate of Zoning Compliance report requires demolished trees to be
mitigated per City Code UDC 11-3B-10. The City’s arborist has reviewed the removed trees
and provided the attached report, see attached.
- Provide 22 caliper inches of tree mitigation.
Provide:
(x4) 3” Caliper Patmore Ash
(x3) 3” Caliper Urbanite Ash
Other acceptable tree species: Maple and Locusts.
Locate: along Baseball field’s fence, equally spaced directly behind center field.
Provide: fabric barrier and Rock mulch in lieu of grass only between existing baseball fence and
new curb and gutter.
