Revision to Approved Administrative Design Review Packet
Dear Bill,
As follow-up to our April 26th telephone conversation, we are resubmitting exterior building
elevations and landscape plan for the Maintenance Building as this represents a revision to
the previously approved Administrative Design Review Packet. Additionally, we have a minor
revision to one of the Clubhouse exterior elevations which we are including as part of this
resubmittal.
Maintenance Building:
· Landscape Plan Area 5, Sheet L1.05
o The footprint for the Maintenance Building has been revised to accommodate
interior space requirements for pool equipment informed by recent coordination
with the pool contractor on the project. The planting layout has been adjusted as
a result and a sidewalk connection to the Pool Equipment Room door has been
added. Tree count remains unchanged.
· Maintenance Building Elevations
o The Maintenance Building elevations are now shown on the same page as the
Clubhouse elevations. The Maintenance Building is considered auxiliary to the
Clubhouse, is located near-by and has the same materials palette as the
Clubhouse.
Clubhouse:
· We have deleted one window which is not considered primary to the overall Clubhouse
fenestration design. This is to accommodate interior programmatic requirements and
leasing office functions.

· Landscape Plan Area 5, Sheet L1.05 (1 page)
· Exterior elevations for Clubhouse and Maintenance Building (1 page)
