A parcel of land, within the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 3 North,
Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section
18, also known as the North 1/16 Corner, marked by a found 5/8" rebar with plastic cap stamped "CSC
PLS 5082" in the centerline of South Locust Grove Road, as shown on Corner Record Instrument Number
105137704, the POINT OF BEGINNING, from which the Corner common to Sections 7, 8, 17, and 18
marked by a found brass cap as shown on Corner Record Instrument Number 107088111 bears North
00°30'22" East, a distance of 1329.57 feet;
1. Thence South 89°39'17" West along the southerly boundary of the said Northeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 18, also being the Northerly boundary of Murdoch Subdivision No.
2, Book 83 of Plats, Pages 9158 and 9159, a distance of 438.23 feet to a found 5/8" rebar with
plastic cap stamped "GALEE PLS 3260" marking the Southeast corner of Lot 2, Block 2,
Medimont Subdivision No. 1, Book 75 of Plats, Pages 7794 and 7795;
2. Thence along the Easterly boundary of said Lot 2, Block 2, North 01°25'20" East, a distance of
149.07 feet, from which a found 1/2"rebar with no cap, set cap stamped "FLSI PLS 7612" and
bears North 01°25'20" East, a distance of 0.5 feet;
3. Thence parallel and offset to the said Southerly line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 18, North 89°39'17" East, a distance of 435.85 feet to the centerline of South
Locust Grove Road, also being the line common to Sections 17 and 18;
4. Thence along the said centerline and Section line, South 00°30'22" West, a distance of 149.02
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
