Storey Park Phase II Construction Change Orders
The Park Staff is requesting approval of three change orders to be added to the
consent agenda at your February 08, 2005 meeting. They are as follows:
t Chanae Order #1 Amount $3,789.25 - (Attachment)
There is a change in the location for a new 12" irrigation line because of a conflict
with an existing 36" irrigation line. Seventy-Five feet (75') of extra length will be
added and 2 small manholes installed for access to clear debris. The cost to make
this change is $3,789.25.
Chanae Order #2 - Amount $938.00 - (Attachment)
A change in an 8" drain line from our irrigation pump will need lowered to allow the
12" line to cross above it. The cost to make this change is $938.00
Chanae Order #3 -Amount $10,719.00-(Attachment)
The removal of 112' of 36" corrugated irrigation line that is about 30 years old. The
condition is poor and it is rotted out on the bottom. We don't know if it will hold up to
parking lot construction or how long it will last after that. It will be replaced with
concrete pip so it will not have to be replaced again. The total request for
replacement is $10,719.00.

The following is a request for change order as per the enclosed requests from our subcontractor,
Cascade Pipeline. The costs as outlined below have been provided at your request.
I. Change location for 12" irrigation in conflict with existing 36" irrigation. Two concrete collars
($275.00 each) will be required in addition to the work as outlined by Cascade Pipeline. American
