WHEREAS, the continuance of certain portions of this easement are no longer necessary or desirable. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the said City of Meridian does hereby vacate, relinquish, release and abandon the portions of said rights and easements as set forth and legally described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein, with the intent that the same shall forthwith cease and be extinguished.
