A geotechnical evaluation for the project site was performed by Bob J. Arnold, P.E. with subsurface soil
information summarized in his report dated February 20, 2018. Based on the report, high groundwater
can be anticipated at depths from approximately 8 -ft to 11 -ft below the existing ground surface. Based on
the information provided in the geotechnical reports, the roadway finish grade centerline elevations were
designed to be more than 3 -ft above the anticipated groundwater elevations.
