Located in East Meridian, Oberg provides a great opportunity as there are few remaining developable parcels in this area. With the close proximity to Eagle Road, homeowners will have quick access to abundant retail along Eagle Road including The Village at Meridian, the recently opened Boise Co -Op and amenities such as Kleiner Mermorial Park and Settlers Park. Homeowners will also have easy access to Interstate 84 to the south and Chinden to the north. Oberg is a single-family residential community situated on approximately 4.79 acres and will consist of 25 residential home sites. The subdivision development is planned for one phase.
