The common area will be maintained by the Spurwing Golf Course. Jock Hewitt and I met with Chris
Anderson and discussed this issue. This is for the benefit of the golf course since the “T” box is
located east of it and this provides for a clear corridor as the golfers hit the ball down the fairway.
The golf course is owned by Pacific Links Limited Company which is Jock Hewitt and Anderson’s have
a lease on the course. Therefore, I don’t believe it is necessary for an easement to be created.
Ownership of the common lot will be remain under Pacific Link Limited Partnership and not the HOA
for Olivetree at Spurwing.

It was brought to my attention the concern for how the common area behind those 2 building lots is
going to be maintained; is there an easement over the golf course for access to the common area
for maintenance? If not, there probably should be; or, the common area should probably be
dedicated to the golf course….or any other ideas you may have…?
