CC - Maintenance of common area adjacent to golf courseFrom:Rebecca McKay To:Sonya Allen Subject:RE: Olivetree at Spurwing Common Lot Date:Wednesday, March 28, 2018 12:28:26 PM Sonya:   The common area will  be  maintained  by  the  Spurwing  Golf  Course. Jock  Hewitt  and I met  with  Chris Anderson  and discussed this issue. This  is  for the  benefit  of  the  golf course  since the  “T” box is located east  of  it  and this provides for a  clear  corridor as the  golfers  hit  the  ball down the  fairway. The golf course  is  owned  by  Pacific Links Limited Company which is  Jock  Hewitt  and Anderson’s have a  lease on the  course. Therefore, I don’t  believe  it  is  necessary  for an easement to be  created. Ownership  of  the  common  lot  will be  remain  under Pacific  Link  Limited Partnership and not  the  HOA for  Olivetree  at Spurwing.   Becky McKay, Partner Engineering Solutions, LLP 1029 N.
