Mr. Wayne Skiver, Chairman
City Zoning and Planning Commission
Neridia, Idaho.
Dear Mr. Skiver:
Sooner or later I hope to retire, and will dis—
pose of my office at 1534 .Fast First Street, here in
Meridian.
I want to keep my brokers license active, and
in so doing must maintain an office, business tele—
phone, etc .
By approval of the Zoning and Planning commission,
and the sanction of the City Council, I will maintain
the office at my home located at 1013 East Third Street.
I ubderstand the necessity of getting the signatures of
my neighbors. I expect no difficulity at this point.
No particular hurry in this matter, but would like
to know if this will be agreeable to every one concerned
before too long.
