LOT IN THE SUBDIVISION. THE IRRIGATION PUMP STATION CONSTRUCTED

8. SOILS TESTING ON THE SITE INDICATE THE PRESENCE OF HIGH
SEASONAL GROUNDWATER LEVELS WITHIN 4 FEET OF THE SURFACE ON
PORTIONS OF THE WESTERN END OF THE PROJECT. THIS PROJECT WILL
COMPLY WITH CITY OF MERIDIAN REQUIREMENTS FOR MAINTAINING THE
CENTERLINE OF THE STREET 3 FEET ABOVE ANY SEASONAL HIGH
GROUNDWATER.
9. ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS WILL BE REMOVED AS A PART OF
DEVELOPMENT.
10. SEE CUP APPLICATION MATERIALS FOR DETAILED SITE PLAN AND
OPEN SPACE CALCULATIONS FOR APARTMENT COMPLEX AND BUILDING
CONSTRUCTION. THIS PLAN IS INTENDED TO DEPICT SITE -WIDE UTILITY
IMPROVEMENTS AND SUBDIVISION PLAT INFORMATION.
