Dear Honorable Mayor and City Council Members,
On behalf of Schultz Development LLC and MWT LLC, this letter is to accompany the
Final Plat submittal for the Wells Subdivision. The Annexation, Rezone, and Preliminary
Plat applications (H-2018-0017) for the 14.8 acre site were approved on May 15, 2018 by
the City Council. The signed Development Agreement is attached.
The submitted final plat consists of 38 building lots and 9 common lots. The final plat
conforms to all of the requirements and conditions of the approved Preliminary Plat.
The submitted final plat, development plans, and landscape plans conform to the UDC
and all applicable engineering, architectural, and surveying practices and local standards.

immediate area, groundwater is at least 5 feet below existing ground elevation.
