BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BERNT, BORTON, CAVENER,
LITTLE ROBERTS MILAM, PALMER
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING NEW FEES OF THE MERIDIAN PARKS AND
RECREATION DEPARTMENT; AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT TO COLLECT
SUCH FEES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, following publication of notice in the Meridian Press on April 13, 2018 and
April 20, 2018, according to the requirements of Idaho Code section 63-1311A, on April 24, 2018,
the City Council of Meridian held a hearing on the adoption of proposed new and updated fees of the
Meridian Parks and Recreation Department, as set forth in Exhibit,4 hereto; and
WHEREAS, following such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said
proposed new and updated fees;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That new fees of the Meridian Parks and Recreation Department, as set forth in
Exhibit hereto, are hereby adopted.
Section 2. That the Meridian Parks and Recreation Department is hereby authorized to
implement and carry out the collection of said fees.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in fall force and effect immediately upon its adoption
and approval.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this 24th day of April, 2018.
