The new modular building will be placed on the existing lawn area. It will be provided with an adjustable aluminum ADA -compliant ramp and stairs that will access the new classroom building. We will provide a new fire alarm system that will be a stand alone system with (2) dedicated phone lines. The exterior paint colors will be consistent with the color scheme of the existing main middle school building. This modular building placement will give the Heritage Middle School staff (2) additional classrooms to help with their overcrowding due to the current enrollment.
