Attached are the Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendations and the Staff Report for the proposed
annexation and preliminary plat for Wells Subdivision H-2018-0017. These items are scheduled to be on the
City Council agenda on May 15, 2018. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue,
beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
