Hey Josh,
those conditions look fine....just looking for more specific description in Section VII.5 of what exact fencing,
landscaping, and amenity items need to be bonded for? I heard on multifamily it might just be the perimeter
buffer and fencing, but I could be wrong. Please clarify and we are good with the other conditions. thank you

If you do not respond to the staff report by Thursday, or if you have concerns with the conditions of approval, your project
will be placed on the regular agenda.
