To whom it may concern,
The proposed eastern boundary fence consists of solid corrugated metal panels which will screen the facility
from the neighboring commercial/ office use parcel that it is adjacent to. The landscape buffer required by
city standard is a redundancy in terms of screening which is provided by the 8’-0” high solid corrugated
metal fence. Project operations consists of low maintenance and minimal human traffic. The buffer does not
provide any additional improvements but causes additional hardship for the proposed project in terms of
maintenance which the project is requesting to be mitigated.
