The site is 3.78 acres in size and located at the southeast corner of W. Ustick Road and N. Linder Road, Meridian, Idaho. Phase 2 of the project consists of 13 single family lots and 2 common lots. The property is currently being annexed with an R-8 Zoning. The gross density for the project is 3.44 dwelling units per acre. Access to the site is via the extensions of W. Tumble Creek Street both from N. 13 th Street in Creason Creek Subdivision #1. All utilities are available to the site. All streets are proposed as public streets. Statements of Conformance: We agree to conform to with the approved preliminary plat as amended by this Final Plat Application and agree meet all requirements or conditions thereof. We agree to conform to all requirements and provisions of the UDC. We agree to conform to acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local standards.
