Kameron, we’ve got you scheduled for May 1 st on the MDA and May 3 rd on the CUP. Both signs are required to be up at
least 10 days prior to the hearing. You’ve missed the ten day window for the May 1 st hearing, and since we’ve missed
that one, we can’t get you on the Planning and Zoning Commission hearing for the CUP on the 3rd. We needed to have
the MDA approved prior to going to the CUP hearing.
If you put them up tomorrow, you’ll need to send me an email requesting a continuance to the 15 th of May for the MDA
and to the 17 th of May for the CUP. That’s the next available date for both of those hearings.
Please let me know if there was some confusion or if communication from the City wasn’t clear on these dates.
