Lot 18 of Block 2 is a common lot and will be owned and maintained by Caven Ridge Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. 2. The pressurized irrigation system shall be owned and maintained by Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District. 3. Any re—subdivision of this plat shall comply with the applicable zoning regulations in effect at the time of re—subdivision. 4. Minimum building setback lines shall be in accordance with the City of Meridian's Zoning Ordinance at the time of issuance of the building permit.
