Confirming our conversation of today, January 11, 2018, my wife and I
have no objection to the proposed reduction of the landscape easement
adjacent to our home, from 20' to 16.9'.
It is understood that that this approval is subject to the addition of two
trees to the currently proposed three trees at the easterly fence and the
change to a red sunset maple for the Crimson Maple tree located closest to
Whitehall Street.
