Meridian, Idaho 26 March 2018 SHA.HBH1702 Stephanie: HBS of Meridian, LLC has purchased the Vibra Hospital Building located at 2131 South Bonito Way Meridian, ID. They are in the process of design revisions to refurbish the 60,077 sf. building for a new 1-2 occupancy behavioral health hospital function. As a part of the refurbishment three new exterior canopies are to be added to the exterior of the building. They will be located in three different locations. The first new canopy will be located on the south face of the building (Canopy 'A' on the drawings). It will be placed over an existing exterior entrance facing the parking lot to the south of the property. This canopy can be viewed from South Bonito Way as a person travels from the south to the north. The second new canopy will be located on the west face of the building between the two wings on this side of the building (Canopy 'B' on the drawings). The existing ambulance entry located off of this courtyard will be abandoned and enclosed with masonry, and a new ambulance entry will be added adjacent to the existing loading dock. The new canopy will be placed over the new ambulance entry. Due to the location of the building, roads and adjacent apartments this new entry point and canopy will not be in view from the public way. The third new canopy will be located on the southwest corner of the existing interior courtyard (Canopy 'C' on the drawings). The new canopy will be placed over an existing entry to the courtyard. The interior courtyard is surrounded by the Hospital on all four sides. As a result, this new canopy will not be in view from the public way. The new canopies to the south and west of the building will match the existing finishes of the existing adjacent building in both material, color and scale.
